Let's get aquainted.
Almost two decades in agencies and charities means I’ve written it all. Almost.
Email journeys that increase retention rates and social ads that sell, business policies that pop in the company tone of voice and campaign actions that drive change have all come from my brain and gone into others' via words on a screen.
My people-focus means I’m able to get to the core of what’s needed quickly and thoroughly. I do that by using audience insight and behavioural science married with creativity and pace, to get things done right (and right on time).

You'll also find me eating cake, chilling with my cats, pootling around my allotment, exploring nature and getting excited by rewilding. But not necessarily all at once.
Lastly, in case it's your sort of thing, I graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Film & Journalism in 2007 and completed training with The Creative Copywriter Academy in 2023 (with plenty of writing in between).
